Madrone Studios is built around the rooms that matter for finished records — a real Live Room, an isolated Vocal Booth, and a hybrid Control Room where you track, overdub, and mix without changing rooms.
Built for a band in the room.
Wide floor, tall ceiling, treated for natural acoustics without going dead. Multiple iso paths. Comfortable for a full band tracking together, a string section, or a solo voice with the door open and the trees outside.
Isolated and quiet.
Treated for clean vocal capture with sight-lines back into the Live Room and Control Room. Quiet enough for a take at two in the morning when the rest of the property is asleep. Designed to feel like a room, not a closet.
Hybrid path. Track to mix in one room.
Universal Audio Apollo conversion, a tube channel and outboard front end, and contemporary monitoring. Producers can work end-to-end without leaving the room — track in the morning, mix in the afternoon, send it before dinner.

Studio Buyout is the music-industry path into Stone House Farms. When you book the studio, you get the entire forty-four-acre property — main house, glamping, Lake House, chef, the works — to your band, your label session, your album cycle. No other guests, no other cohorts.
Thursday through Sunday.
Three nights, four full days of studio time. The cohort window without the cohort. Most band-led album sessions land here.
Monday through Thursday.
Three nights mid-week. Lower demand, easier booking horizon. Same property, same studio, same chef.
A full seven days.
For labels running a focused album session, producers cutting a record, or bands taking the property for deep work. Studio, chef, the whole property — seven days uninterrupted.
