Host your event on forty-four acres.
Weddings. Corporate offsites. Family gatherings. Brand activations. The whole property to you and your people — chef-in-residence, lodging, Sierra Nevada foothills, twenty-plus sleeping capacity.
Four kinds of weekends that fit the property.
The property is built for slowed time and considered hosting. Some events fit naturally — weddings, corporate offsites, family gatherings, brand activations. Below: what works, what each looks like.
A wedding under the trees.
Weddings on forty-four acres — up to 150 guests for the ceremony and reception, or a tented farm-to-table dinner under the canopy. The Solarium, the Lake House dock, and the long table are all available. Twenty-plus sleep on the property over the wedding weekend.
Offsites for teams that want to slow down.
Leadership offsites, team retreats, product strategy weeks, board gatherings. The property holds twenty-plus comfortably, with the main house and Solarium for working sessions and the studio available for content capture or live recording.
Birthdays, reunions, milestone weekends.
Family weekends, milestone birthdays, anniversary gatherings, friends-of-friends trips that want to be together somewhere special. The chef cooks all weekend. The lake's a short walk. The studio's available if anyone in your group plays.
Photo, film, content shoots, brand dinners.
For brands renting the property as a location — photo and film shoots, brand campaigns, influencer trips, content production. Day rates available for shoot-only; multi-day for production weeks with crew lodging.
A full team. A real kitchen. The whole property to yourselves.
A private event at Stone House Farms isn't an Airbnb with a kitchen. The same chef, engineers, concierge, and operations team that run our cohorts run your event.
